Newsletter Privacy Notice

This notice covers the kvasi.app website during early access. Right now, the only personal data we collect is the email address you give us to join the waitlist. There are no user accounts and no children's data at this stage. When accounts open, our fuller Privacy Policy, Terms and Children's Data Notice take over.

Who we are

Kvasi is operated by Kvasi Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17126186), based in London, UK. We are the data controller for your signup. You can reach us at [email protected]. UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR (the electronic-marketing rules) apply.

What we collect

• Your email address, so we can send you updates about Kvasi.

We do not collect this from or about children, and we ask that only adults (18+) sign up.

Why, and our lawful basis

We use your email to send you news about Kvasi's progress and our early-access launch. Our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Art 6(1)(a)) together with PECR. You opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

How we send it

We use a third-party email service to store the list and send the emails. They process the data only on our instructions, under a data-processing agreement, and we never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you, or until the list is no longer used, whichever comes first. Unsubscribing removes you promptly.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time (there is a link in every email), and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

The site uses only privacy-first, cookieless analytics and the essential storage needed to run it. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
